Quadrille is one of my favorite fabric companies. They own and produce not only Quadrille but Alan Campbell and China Seas fabrics and wallpaper. They have the such fun prints which add tons of personality to a space. I recently purchased a bunch of their prints to use in my house. Here are some of my favorites.
First up is China Seas Bali. I love this print! Depending on how you use it and the color chosen it can go from vibrant to calming. I love the picture at the bottom where it is used as a wallpaper and the the reverse coloring was used to upholster the headboard. It makes the bedroom feel like a cozy little retreat.
Another favorite is Lyford Pagoda. It's like a modern chinoiserie toile pattern. It comes in two sizes but I love the large scale of the print that lets you really see the detail in the pattern of the people, palm trees, and pagodas. Again, depending on the color chosen and whether or not it is mixed with solids or other patterns in can go from a soothing bedroom to an upbeat family room.
Zig zag is a fun print. You can see it here used in small doses like on the ottoman to bring a youthful touch to a traditional room or it can be used as a wallpaper like in Aerin Lauder's son's room.
Take a look at the offerings they have on their website: http://quadrillefabrics.com/
Their prints also lend themselves really well to mixing and matching coordinating patterns in rooms. I am currently having some roman shades made for my dining room and a valance for my kitchen window made in two of their prints. I will do a post on those when they are done! They will definitely add some lightness and brightness on rainy days like today.
